A week or two ago, I purchased what was supposed to be a 2004 BCDP Gio Gonzalez Gold Ref. Auto on eBay. When I opened the package today, however, I pulled out a regular refractor, not a gold. I emailed the seller asking for a refund, because I clearly did not receive the card I was supposed to. Here is our conversation so far. What do you guys think I should say next? He is being extremely stubborn even though he is clearly wrong. I even left his card in his tamper proof top-loader thing so I can prove I didn't switch out the cards.

Hi I just got the Gio Gonzalez card I won from you the other day, but it is not the card described in
the auction. The auction clearly describes a gold refractor /50 and this is just a regular refractor. Hopefully this situation can be remedied.

you do know they arenta actually serial numbered. the card was a cracked bgs 8 gold refractor auto. if your tryin to pull a fast one im the wrong person to do it to!

Yes I am well aware that they are not serial numbered on the back, for I own multiple gold refractors and know exactly what they look like. True golds even say "gold refractor" on the back, and the one I received from you does not. I'm not trying to pull anything on you. I just want my money back.

in 2004 they dont beacuse ive had plenty that havent. just sold a cracked rickie weeks that was the exact same card

The 2004 autos say gold refractor on the back. I am comparing the ones I own with the one I received from you right now. Also, the one you sent doesnt have the gold refractor tint on the back. It is just a regular refractor that you sent me.

doesnt make the card not a gold considering it was a bgs 8 gold refrector auto 2 weeks ago.
There is absolutely no way this card came out of a BGS case that said gold refractor. How am I supposed to deal with this guy?
