Heading to NYC 2nd week of August...Mets game

Anyone here from NYC and can give me advice on the new stadium (which seats blow, etc)?
Might go to game on the 15th of August vs. Giants with wife

Free airline, free hotel for both nights (suite = usually 625 per night)
perks of wife's job

im going to be honest, most seats are pretty brutal.

if you can score any seats in the upper deck, i'd recommend those. ive been to two games in that shitbag of a stadium,
and wasnt able to get seats upstairs. wish i was able to.

i sat in sections 106 and 306. 306 had a higher face value, and i could see about 95% of the field. in 106, i could see about 85% of the field.

so seats in 500 sections = worth it for 30-40 each???

just looked at the seating chart and i would say that the 500 sections would be a good place to sit
closest to behind home plate would be best, imo
