Heading up to the Target Center today...

This will be my first trip to a basketball game there in a few years. I have only been there twice before then.

The team won the quarterfinals so we are going up for the semi's/finals or 3rd place game.

I will hopefully post some pics of the inside for anyone that is interested.

If anyone in Minnesota wants to watch tonight's game, it will be on 45 at about 6. Tomorrow's AA Final will be at 12 (I think), if not, it's at 2.

It should be pretty fun, and I will also be stopping by the Majestic Clubhouse at Target Field looking for some stuff, and I hope to be stopping at a card shop later on.

I didn't bring my camera, but it was a good game. Sadly, we couldn't make the shots in the 4th OT (yup) that we needed too.

One other note, as one of the teams that is playing tonight is standing behind me, making it impossible to use the elevator, the skyway system in downtown Minneapolis is AMAZING...

We are 7-8 blocks away from the Center, and we didn't have to leave any buildings. All the random small businesses along the way were interesting too... a restaurant next to an accounting firm, next to a flower shop, next to insurance, next to an espresso place... Just awesome what it is here. It was a lot of walking, but it was totally worth it

I think we are in the same hotel as the team, so I might go see them before they head out. I don't think we will be able to make today's game as I am feeling like total crap, and my sisters can't handle another game. I hope they bring home the 3rd place win.
