Been getting a slew of these where the corners are cut or slightly peeled open(usually on the bottom), just enough to where someone could peek inside. Pretty sure it's either my postman or someone at the local PO. But in any case it's been happening a lot lately. In fact the last few months of mail has been like this.

Hopefully this isn't affecting anyone anywhere else but you guys might want to consider this when using plain white envelopes for trades etc.

Report it to you local PO asap.
The postal system uses casual workers.(temps if you will) they abuse the hell out of them, so they don't give a shat and steal to ease their pain. I'm not kidding

My cousin works in the postal LP and says everyday someone is going down for stealing. Mostly Temps

I've already spoken to them about a few packages that went missing last summer. They were small fry items but I was still pretty pissed off. I'm sure I've already gotten about as far as I will with complaints but I may have to try. And I've noticed this before. But it's happening on every single one I get now. I'm thinking of just saving them and taking them up there unopened if it happens again and asking them to explain. I'm pretty damn sure it's not happening in the sorter.

In any case, not the biggest deal ever, but just figured I'd let you guys know. I actually don't mind pwe's but I do like to actually get the items I pay for.

That's nuts. I try not to use PWE but when I do I wrap the card and try to make it as discreet as possible but I mean you can only do so much.

A postal worker would be an idiot to steal a baseball card or anything for that matter. They can Serious jail time for stealing mail. Probably think the cards are giftcards.

Only if they get caught. And if it's the guy actually delivering, who would ever know? All it takes is a quick second. Right now I'm not overly quick to call anyone a thief because I got my cards and they weren't damaged. Plus I gave them pure hell when five or so went missing last summer. Not much could be done of course as they were low dollar items. But just by being vocal and displeased, I'm sure if someone had some sticky fingers, me bringing it to the PO's attention made them think twice.
