HELP!! - Can Feedback on this Forum be changed?

I just made a pretty stupid mistake in not changing the feedback dot before I clicked the page, thus leaving a very excellent board member with a neutral feedback on a VERY POSITIVE transaction. So I need to change his neutral to a positive, the comments would let a potential buyer know the transaction was smooth but I feel like I've slighted his perfect +100 feedback. Can feedback be changed?

Feedback for member excel_b that was left neutral yesterday should definitely be positive.
