Help identifying/finding these cards?

Does anyone know anything about these? What they are, when made, if/how/where to pick them up, etc.

I found who I think the user is and contacted him, but thought it was worth reaching out here as well...

Given the next group of images below those, I'm thinking they're all just customs, and probably only images, not actual cards.

While there wasn't a team set promotion last year, there is one on the Tigers 2015 promotional calendar.

I would agree with DaClyde that they are likely customs that person made themselves.

They don't have the Topps logo on them. So I would say for sure they are customs.

yeah those are pretty obviously photoshops using a template
