Help me figure out what this Jordan card is??

I have this 5x7 Michael Jordan redemption card I got when i was a teenager back in 1996. I can't find any info on what it is and what it may be worth. I know it was an Upper Deck Collector's Choice redemption, but that is about it.
Any info you can provide would be great.

1996-97 Collector's Choice ...

a game piece for Upper Deck's Meet the Stars promotion was included as an insert in packs (1:4 packs) ...

5th prize was two special Michael Jordan Meet the Stars cards titled Dynamic Debut and Magic Memories....though the information tab on beckett's opg says they are priced at the end of the regular set checklist , they are both listed without a book value....i'd suggest searching ebay for closed listings to get an accurate idea of value....
