Help needed on pricing these cards Rookies/Prospects

I have run into a problem where these cards have come up missing in a deal I had.The post office appears to have delivered them to the wrong addy and I am out the cards. Anyway I am supposed to get money/insurance for the cards. I need help in determining the proper amount I should be refunded for the cards. This is where I need you guys. What is your honest opinion on what the cards are worth?

Ouch. I wish I could help but this is a sensitive matter and I wouldn't want to give bad advice.

the mcutchen ref autos go between $40-$50
Posey ref bgs 9.5 around $80 or so...

$20 on the Mayberry....Last few raw went $10.95, $19.99, $10.51 + shipping, the 9 may add a couple dollar premium, so $20 seems fair enough.

$40 on the Mccann, only one ended recently at $41 + shipping as a BGS 9, so raw would go a couple bucks less.

$5 on the Richardson 9.5 as a gold raw went $9.99 and a bgs 9.5 gold went $19.99 + shipping.

$100 might be more fair on the Posey, as this auction ended recently:

Also, the Cutch black I believe is #'d to 225?

The last one went $60....Probably closer to $80 - $100 now after his 3 HR game though

It's the sterling /25 sent it to BGS in the Bowman Toploader case.
