Help needed on this buyback auto please.

I just found this buyback auto of Jay Buhner as I was sorting stuff to get rid of and would like any information on what year Upper Deck might have inserted them in packs and what product. It does have the UD sticker on the back. The orginal card is a 1996 SP.

A Mariners fan is welcome to the card if they would just PM me with their home address.

i beleive it's from 2004. I could be wrong but im 90% sure its from 2004 SP. It's either 03 or 04 in which they did a vast buyback insert set. Someone on here knows for sure but im pretty positive it's from 04'
