I'M JUST KIDDING IDK

Okay but seriously though, the way to tell is by the clothes; look at the right side at the crowd, you see the camera? Technology plays a factor in determining the date and that camera is flashbulb.....so from there....ask yourself whether or not they still used those in the 60's+......

Another, the shoes and laces of the players....the interlace design...the shoe brand...interesting. Helps to show sport standards.

The clothes of the players and their hairstyles also help in determining a date

I would say the late 40's

I know that the first all-star game was in 1951 but I don't think the wore those style of uniforms.

The guy reaching for the ball looks like Slater Martin...??? hard to tell with the "game face" expression...
...and the jerseys match the 1956 all star game...
#17 Looks like Paul Seymour of Syracuse
#18 looks like Gene Shue with the ears, but that would make this more like 1958-59...
Sorry, I am really no help...
