Unfortunately, those aren't proof cards - they are created by soaking a regular card in water, peeling the foil layer off and then wiping off any of the residual glue & paper. I've had a few Butlers in my collection for years and also thought they were proofs until I read a thread one day detailing how easy it was to do.

Thanks for the post and the info. I was thinking of getting one of the Walker Finest "acertate" cards but I wasn't sure if these were legit or not. Now I know not to wast my money.

Go to the auction and click on the number of bids. At the bottom of the list of bids you will see a link to retract a bid. Make sure you have the auciton number copied.
