Glad JO was too pricey to buy from for me. They had some nice jerseys up there, but way too much even for scrubs

Wow! The immature rumor mill sure is having fun at my expense on this board! I hope you weren't thinking you were getting a rise out of me because I've been doing ONLY the right thing in this hobby since 1997 online & the pride I have for what I know for a fact that I accomplished buries anything you children can come up with.
I've been hearing from friends lately that many of you were making fun of my disabilities. So I needed to address this and a few other things while I'm here to bury my hatchet on this board for once & for all. I learned from a friend who is NEVER online that it can hurt you a great deal to never defend yourself online.
I've NEVER been in disguise anywhere in my life! Back when I started fighting card dealer fraud in the early 1990's offline before some of you were born, I always gave the person I was going after my real name- that never changed because I'm not afraid of anything that I caused to happen. Every eBay account I've ever had has been under my real legal name: JAMES McCAY, plus my correct address & phone number. Perhaps if you little rumor mill babies would contact me directly to solve issues you "think" you have with me, then you'd accomplish something. But instead you'd rather trash someone who cannot defend himself like I used to because I'm VERY physically disabled at age 45. That makes all of you afraid to come after me directly. Don't be afraid, grow a couple & contact me!!! YOU ALL HAVE MY E-MAIL ADRESS, SO USE IT! Plus I give you all permission to post it on this board- but only for adult, polite discussions. If you can't be mature, keep posting on boards like you have been. Once you start talking like you NEVER talk to me face to face, the conversation is over. Many of you get ELECTRONIC EGOS which never leaves the Internet, I don't want to talk to those chickens.
BTW- This is like the TENTH time I've made this offer & you know how many people have e-mailed me direct over the years? NOT ONE!
And shame on all of you who make fun of disabled people!
Here's the truth which I can easily prove and would have -but NO ONE ever asked me to:
I've had General Myasthenia Gravis (MG) my whole life, but it did not surface fully until 2006 after it was diagnosed. I have BAD symptoms of both Muscular Dystrophy & Multiple Sclerosis. Thanks to my medical background and constant riding of my doctors, they finally did enough tests to figure out what was causing general fatigue/weakness and facial spasm issues all my life. I was having trouble swallowing too so I asked them to do a CT of my chest which revealed a large Thymoma tumor- this led to the MG diagnosis. The thymus gland helps the immune system build in children, but in most people is absorbed by the body during adolenscence. This tumor (they just recently realized) is causing my body to reject all new medications they have tried over the last three+ years & some since childhood which no doctor could figure out then why.
I also have five ruptured/massively herniated disks from C3-C7 in my neck with one pushing into my spinal cord (since 2009) and L5/S1 in my lower back (since 2001) both causing very severe nerve damage including bilateral sciatica. I also had two minor heart attacks and a 70% block in my RCA (major heart artery) in 2004-05 from taking Vioxx.
Anyone who wants to professionally discuss ANYTHING with me regarding the hobby or the FALSE rumors of eBay indiscressions- I'll send scans to anyone who asks to prove all of this regarding my disabilities.
Why is it wrong of me to tell a seller who sent me a card listed as "NM-MT or better" and arrives worse than EXC. condition (creases, bent corners, bad rough edges, etc.) that I am disabled and cannot mail the card back to them for a refund? I then ask for a partial refund and the "crazies" then say I'm blackmailing them or threatening them by asking for a paetial refund??? WHAT!
If you all knew the REAL truth about every single case, and you are mentally fit, you'd all be on my side. I absolutely guasrantee it! But no one ever asks for my side, they just automatically assume the poster is telling the truth and that's that. That makes you all blind followers. Let me give you a perfect example of blind followers: most WWII Era Germans living in Germany of a certain race.
If you can't think for yourself and ask questions of all involved then you are a danger to yourself & others. Please don't be like that, not for me- it will eventually cause you more damage than you ever imagined possible.
It took blood, sweat, tears and my own money to bring down Pacific for making fake game-used cards and Playoff for making illegal Ichiro cards, witholding up to 25% of inserts that were supposed to be in boxes, and MANY other things that would take pages to explain. I did this for all of you and wanted to inspire others to fight like I did with the first hobby website for the sole purpose of fighting Corporate Hobby Fraud which I started in 1997 and had to give up by 2004 because I had gotten too sick to continue.
I also have donated 30,000+ cards & autographs to hospitalized children every year since 1989. I was inspired by a man who became my idol: Gary Carter. I saw him presenting a check to the Leukemia Society during Spring Training in 1989, so I wrote him and offered to donated 35,000 cards in exchange for some of his autographs. He quickly replied and was the nicest person I've ever met from day one. We became friends and I met more sports superstars all thanks to him and my card donations (that didn't cost me a dime to donate based on a formula that I devised early on). He'll never die in my eyes, everyone he touched now carries a piece of his torch.
Last year was my final year donating. But again, I wanted to inspire others to donate which worked very well. It drove me crazy reading one Beckett letter after another in the 80's-90's saying "I have so many extra cards, what can I do with them" & Beckett would reply "give them to a friend to get them to start collecting" or something similar. Then after two years of my donations that the Leukemia Society made very public, Beckett started "Cards For Kids".
I just want to help people whenever I can, that's been my life story. So don't be so quick to prejudge without facts. Prejudge is the root to another very ugly word that should always be avoided.
I wish you all the best in everything! If I can help anyone, I can be reaqched at cardcop04 at gmail. I can't read my e-mail every day anymore, but I always help anyone I can. I interned for over 200-hours as a Forensic Document Examiner to help bust forgery sellers & I give free opinions on eBay autographs too.

His other disability is that he is delusional
You can add paranoid to that.
I have never quite figured out what his physical disabilities had to do with his actions in the card-collecting community, but he sure likes to bring it up.
I hope that he is eventually able to get help for his mental illness at some point and find some peace.
...and with that opening comment I see nothing (from what I remember) has changed with him, still an idiot
"If you are that stupid that you NEED spellcheck, then you shouldn't be online in the 1st place. My hands shake, so there will be typos."
And if this guy's hands shake so bad, what the hell is he doing messing around with a gun in that picture!!! He'll probably shoot himself or his offscreen gf or something!!!Some people....not so smart.
This thread has been very informative and interesting, but I wanted to reply to the OP for a sec. Erich, I wish you didn't refund him his money. I believe it only encourages these people to continue to do this. The fact that the description said the card was ripped instantly protects you from any argument that said "oh, well this seller sold me a card that was ripped." Unless you specified the degree to which it was ripped or tried to describe it in great detail and you were off on your description, eBay will not rule against you in a case like this. And if he were to leave neg FB, you could contact eBay about it and have it removed from your FB section. I know it sucks to go through the hassle, but people like this guy should not be rewarded for pulling that kind of crap.
Monster, I hear what you are saying, the problem one has with these sort of claims is Paypal will most of the time side with the buyer. Saying that, it is easier for me just to refund the XXXXbag and move on.
I hear voices too but they speak with a southern Japanese dialect.. So when they start talking it up I drive bad, take photos of everything, and solve complex math equations.

Rgr that. At the very least, maybe you could've had him send the card back to you. He would've had to pay return shipping and I personally have never been able to get the seller or eBay to cover my return shipping on returns. I doubt he would've been able to get anyone to refund his return shipping and he might have decided it wasn't worth the effort.
