yep, I bet it's the official card the rockies turn in to MLB with their pick. Whether Bud read from it, I don't know but I think with writing that "sloppy", Bud would rather jot on a piece of paper he reads from in his handwriting the info rather than try to read the player name written on the card as "Jonathon Grug".
