What is the best way to ship to Taiwan? for your covered through paypal and confirmation that it's delivered.... how much does it usually cost?

dont ship to taiwan. ive sent to 5 people there and they calm they never got the cards and paypal gave there money back! so i lost about 120$ from people in Taiwan

Express mail. It's $25 or so and it's safe and secure. I've done it with no issues and if it's a nice card the buyer will pay it.

what about international registered mail? isnt that the same as DC?

You have to ship express with registered. about 25.00 The best thing to do is NOT ship there unless you want problems.
