Why not be excited about having better guys in the checklist?
I don't get it
Unless of course, one is holding other Heyward autos and wants more time to unload them before more autos flood the market. Then, I could see the resistence (the older ones obviously will be better but the 2010 might take a few customer saway who might be content with 2010 than paying higher for older)

The RC logo cards are way outselling my expectations for them when they came out. Personally I'd rather have the older card, but I can see it passing the 08 Heywards. It seems like the years between the 1st bowman card, and the RC logo end up losers in the end.

No way it "passes" the 08 autos.

Jason Heyward has been added to 2010 bowman.

As what - the TP insert set, Bowman or Bowman Chrome?

Not sure yet. Hopefully it's a paper autograph. Kinda like a SOTF

Save the second chrome for bowman chrome

2010 bowman does not need the help

Just wish I could have picked up more before the prices had gone up this high.

4 jumbo cases and 1 hobby case is about to turn into 5 jumbos and a hobby. Time to go list some stuff on ebay.

There's no way I would let anyone order like that.

If ya want the jumbo, gotta order the hobby.

Or pay out the ***** for the jumbo. I hate getting cherry picked.

At some point...the hobby boxes are going to be all that is left, and they will command the $$$ too. You jsut have to hold onto them until the Jumbos dry up.

Gotta love the LCS for that reason. He makes more, and has more demand for the hobbies. He has 6 and 6 ordered. As a thank you for moving $3k worth of non Boston stuff on ebay for him the past year, I'm locked in at a very low price for up to 5 cases on each. At approximately $15/$120 per pack/box jumbo, and $4/$85 per pack hobby, he actually does much better selling hobbies ~~(150% vs. 115%).

I wasn't thinking straight earlier. I was thinking chrome in my mind for some reason. Not Bowman. No way a Bowman auto passes a chrome. I was trying to think of some examples of the RC logo out selling the previous year, and all of them are chrome RC logo autos (Kershaw and Longoria chrome 08 vs. sterling 07 come to mind).

Something else interesting is that 09 Gordon Beckham sterling autos basically sell the same as 08 sterlings. Also interesting, Heyward's 08 chromes are selling basically the same as 07 sterlings. I guess when the 1st auto isn't a chrome it splits collectors pretty evenly.

We are all clear that the ebay auction mentioned earlier (Heyward 2010 Bowman auto card) is NOT an actual card, correct? Its a cut out from the sell sheet he got autographed.
