EDIT: I'm dumb. But I'll let my idiocy stand for the ages
So I catch this auction via my "Gallardo patch" saved eBay search: [ebay:2kvng4c6]160765992610[/ebay:2kvng4c6]
I contact the seller and inform him of the fact that the card was stolen and I was hoping he could maybe shed some light on how he came about it.
What's his response?
"Hi, Sorry to hear about your card but it couldn't of been this card I just pulled this card about a month ago, I opened a full sealed case and this was one of my pulls.:"
I wasn't asking for it back, as I kind of made my peace with the whole thing. But then the a-hole has to lie to me about it, so now I'm back to being a little pissed. If I were a man of lower character, I'd buy it and do the whole "empty envelope" thing. But I'm better than that; better than this guy anyway.
