Thanks to a great deal steve-a-reno made with me, I was recently able to complete two HOF auto sets.

I know they're not big time compared to a lot of stuff we see on here but I'm real happy with them for a couple of reasons.....1) On card autos of HOFers.....2) All come w/ COA

I present 1993 & 1994 Nabisco completed sets... :D

Love those sets - congrats. I'm a Drysdale away from having all the 93's and I think I have almost all the 94's as well. That Drysdale used to be a fairly highly sought after card as it was release right around the time of his death.

I think they did a better job PhotoShopping cards 20 years ago than they do today.

Nice stuff.

Two of my favorite sets of all-time, and two of the three sets I have ever bothered completing. On-card sigs. HOFers, some of which are unfortunately no longer with us, and a very reasonable price tag.

Maine of course......
Very nice, I have the older set with Drysdale and Hunter, as I needed them for my HOF auto collection. I think also have the "official Nabisco envelope that the set came in.

Thanks for all the kind words guys........I think Topnotchsy hit the nail on the head. Can you imaging putting a set of auto cards of these 10 players together from certified (Topps, UD, etc)? I'm sure it would be at least 2X the price.........and that would be for sticker autos. If you were able to find certified on-card auto of all these guys, I'm sure it would cost 4X-5x what I paid.

I'm very happy with the set....

BINGO--these are very appealing and very underpriced IMO HOF Auto sets. Only wish they didnt airbrush the team names off otherwise they would be even better (thats what happens without a license I guess--though Donruss seems to be walking a fine line on some of theirs). Love the on the card autos.....basically Drysdales only AUTO that isnt a cut that can be found that I know of.

Good job on getting them done.

Nice pick-ups. As others have said, very reasonably priced way to get on-card HOFer autos. If memory serves me correctly, the Drysdale is the most expensive, but still less than a couple of blasters from Target maybe even around the price of 1 blaster.

You're right.......Drysdale was far and away the most expensive......there are some BINs in the 60-80 dollar range.......most of the others can be had for 15-25 bucks (or even cheaper) if you're patient. Steve-a-reno made me a helluva deal on the Drysdale.....
