Hofstra Show questions?

I find myself in Brooklyn this weekend for a wedding with time to kill on Saturday. I saw that this show is going on and thought I'd make the trek. A couple questions from anyone who frequents the show:

1) I mainly collect pre-war vintage. Is this show a good mix, mostly new, mostly old?

2) Is there a train stop within walking distance of the show?

Answer as best as I can:

I haven't been to or done that show in years can't speak for the type of products sold there.

#2. Train situation. Get off at Hempstead. From there, I dont recall the bus rte #, but you want to go towards Uniondale/East Meadow on Hempstead TPKE. Should be a piece of cake.
