Every so often, I check out this card on eBay. I managed to pull one from a SINGLE PACK last year. I was in the temporary card shop in town and I picked it before I left for the last time. I was smart enough to take the precautions to protect it early on before I did any research on it because I knew how crazy some 90's inserts got.

The last time I checked on this card, there was a BGS 9.5 I believe that sold for $40, and I thought that was good, but I almost jumped off the couch. This a raw version same as mine. Mine hasn't left the one touch since I bought it...

I apologize for the random thread, but I was just really excited. I could make a REALLY nice flip based on this price if I wanted too.

I do have one question, what is the deal with his cards right now? Is it HOF hype?

I know I've seen his recent autograph signings and items significantly higher than they were a year or so ago, so I figured the same thing - that it's because he's recently been inducted.
So I wouldn't be surprised if his cards did pick up as well.

Several factors at play: Rodman's HOF induction and a recent run at 90s inserts (not to mention overall appeal of Rodman and the Bulls)

I know your example is autoed, but Rodman autos are big sellers. He didn't do that many compared to most guys.
