Technically not, even though Mathewson died in 1925, more than a decade before the first HOF election.
Barry Halper had a ball signed by Mathewson, Johnson, Ruth, Cobb and Wagner.
The old man who Halper bought the ball from many years ago, said he originally got it signed by Mathewson in the early 20s.
Then he got the other four to sign the ball during the first HOF ceremony.

If Halper had it, I wouldn't believe a word about the supposed provenance.

I love that show, even though it's clearly staged. Nothing is funnier than watching absolute nutcases threaten to beat up the staff and supposedly have no fear of anyone, yet when security escorts them out, every last one of them reverts to "don't touch me!". And no punches are ever thrown.

As a former owner of a Mathewson autograph, I'm aware that signatures exist...I was simply responding to the (my opinion) implication of all of the '36 Class signing at the Inauguration.

I'd be willing to bet there is one ball signed by the innaugural class somewhere in a private collection.

As mentioned, the person probably got Mathewson then added the rest on later and its been passed down through the family.

Would love to see it. It'd be a one of a kind.
