I agree, I haven't read anywhere that he was going to be a reliever or could potentially become one.

I don't count, but I have said it.

When I first saw him in Rome, I saw a guy with overpowering stuff. I also saw a guy with spotty command and a delivery that was wide open and inconsistent.

That has since changed, and my opinion has changed. His mechanics went from iffy, to flawless.

Even if he does become a reliever, his cards may take a hit, but as a Braves fan I would love the thought of a lock down closer in the system. That is if he can produce in that role. Either way I can't wait to see him up with the big club.

I don't think you can regret it at that price.

That's over market for them, probably because you had 3. You have 3 of a red and you are in the drivers seat.

Orange Ref Autos in a BGS 9 were hitting as high as $800, now around $400 or lower.
Gold Ref Autos were $500+...not so much now.

I don't recall the golds ever being at $500, nor anywhere close. I do remember a high dollar orange refractor sale, but it was only one, could have been a fluke. I bought a raw Teheran Gold in July for $250 or so at auction, had it slabbed and moved it as a 9.5 a few months later for $400 or $450, can't remember. There might have been one but it had to have been a fluke as I was following them closely.
