And on such a sweet item (if it is indeed legit). My buddy thinks that the crappy scans and lack of a scan for the Spence COA are ploys to get inquiries in order to close the deal off of Ebay. Maybe I should inquire. I can't afford it, but if it's real, it's fabulous.

If it is legit, he's shooting himself in the foot with such terrible pictures and no scan of the COA. If it was certified by JSA, wouldn't it be in a slab?? It doesn't look like it's in a slab. Oh, and paypal only?

I know that you can get JSA to do a letter and no slab, but these items usually have a sticker on the item, which this card clearly doesn't. I may have to ask him for a scan of the Spence letter.

I hadn't even noticed those in the close up. Pretty strange to have that thing just sitting out. I wonder what he would provide if I inquired, scan-wise.

Hell, if I was seriously thinking of buying something like this, I'd tell the seller to give me his address because I'm buying a plane ticket.

LOL! Yeah there's a lot about that auction that smells, and at this point I wouldn't trust anything that he would provide over the web. I know there are many people who aren't web saavy with scanning and listing, etc. but it's ridiculous with such a high ticket item.

Yikes, why on earth would you have that item "not protected?" I'd defintiely want to see the JSA cert.

Goudey experts could confirm whether the card is real. The back just looks too bright to me, but what do I know.
