Hosmer Redemption...

So I redeemed the Hosmer Super and have been spending the last 3 days trying to get someone at Topps to give me any info on the card... Whether it was signed, when I might get it, etc. This is the same generic response I have received via Phone and Email. I even signed up for Twitter as suggested, but received no response.

"Please allow 12-15 weeks for us to obtain the autograph and ship the card. If, at the end of that period, you have not received, feel free to contact us again involving the status of your redemption."

I assumed given the value of the card they would communicate a little better but I assumed wrong.

If his other chrome cards were signed, this one would be too.

I don't think topps would "put you in the front of the line" just because you redeemed a high end card. Still have to wait until their next "wave" of redemptions to be sent in a month or so.
