How did this get a 9.5 on centering?

I think it's just the way the card was scanned
I had the same problem with my scanner its the way the light is reflected of the card that makes it look off centered

I don't think they judge the back centering as heavily as the front.

Look at the scan of the back...

The front is pretty centered.. the glare ont he left throws it off. The back - on the other hand - is extremely off center.

L/R looks OK. It's the T/B that looks bad. Probably worse than 60/40, which puts it outside 9.5, at least in my view.

Agreed, T-B look soff to me. The glare does make it hard to tell L-R but definately T-B is off for sure...
