How do I add handling time on turbo lister

My turbo lister all of a sudden won't allow me to list items because I have not specified a handling time. The option used to be under the shipping options menu, but it is no longer there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must not have updated turbolister since eBay has made shipping time a requirement. If you update it, on the item it should just be underneath combined shipping discounts (heading is "Domestic Handling Time")

It had been like that but the domestic handling option is no longer available. Right after combined shipping options there is the domestic options in bold and that is the end of the column. The issue occurred yesterday after I updated my turbolister.
