how do I file a pypal dispute. I made a ppuirchase for a wii a few weeks agoi and havent heard from or reicevd my purchase. where Do I go to file a claim

click resolve a problem under actions on the item you won

Log into paypal, and go to resolution center, and then dispute a transaction.
