How do I know if my helmet is a replica or an official one?

The easiest way is by weight and feel. Basically, could you envision strapping that bad boy on and making it out of an NFL scrum alive?

The replica helmets feel much lighter and more flimsy.

There are some sticker differences and label differences, but without being in front of my stuff, I can't give you the specifics.

Do real NFL helmets use stickers like the lightning bolt on the side of yours?

Another thing you can check is the Riddell Tag attached to the Helmet and the amount of foam Pads inside the Helmet.

Also, the facemask is a much heavier, stronger metal too...

IF you have two different ones to compare, you can tell the difference pretty easily.

Hope that helps!

If it is a replica then it is not a Pro-Line. I believe Pro-Line are the authentics

Yep, but Riddell does make the Replicas too.

Also, the original box it came in will be different. The replicas come in a Red box, the authentics in a Blue box.
