How do I report suspicious activity (possible shilling) to Ebay?

Seller has 100 or so cards up for auction. I was outbid on an item and as usual I checked out the bidder who took the lead. Only to see this -

This bidder has bid on nearly all the auctions and taken the lead on them. I went through a couple of the other listings and he is on all of them. None of the auctions are high dollar but I have seen this before, shill outbids all max bids - seller send second chance offer if marks don't outbid. From the seller feedback it looks like they got killed when they tried to sell of cards previously.

What is procedure if I want Ebay to take a look?

Normally I would say to keep in mind that those history stats are only for the last 30 days. However - that number of bids with 100%? Yeah.

There's an option to report the auction by clicking "Report Item" on the right hand side above the Item number.
Navigate through the report options, and you'll see one for inflating price via shilling.

Thank you, I am going to report. Way too many red flags on this seller/bidder for me this time.
