Simple question - it is presumed the majority of us involve ourselves in baseball. This thread will focus on the MLB level of the game.
Majority-speaking, how do you experience baseball?
Even though there is a poll, it is appreciative if FCB members explain - and quantify - their particular experience with their majority venue.
I work quite a bit, and have courses during the morning. This leaves me with minimal time to actually watch a game on the television - much less attend a game.
On average, I will listen to about 120 Rockies games on KOA 850, and [partially] in sync with ESPN's FB tracker. I only manage to attend 10-15 games a year.
It does sadden me a bit, since it used to be different about two years ago: television-watching was my main source, with about 2.5x for attended games. I do miss the nuances of both the players, and the game - their stances, their facial expressions and characteristics. I definitely feel distanced from the game, but my busy life will hopefully change relatively soon.
