How do you ship 50-65 card lots?

What do you think is the best way to ship each lot???

Im not sure, if i was at home i could tell you. If its over 13oz it will have to go priority and will probably be about $6. If they are all base cards, i dont think it would be over 13oz. If noone has helped you by the time i get home tonight in about 3-4 hours ill weigh some cards for you. What brand are the cards?

But seriously, I will put them all in softsleeves and put them in a 100 ct cardboard box.

Then, I bubble wrap the box and put it in a plastic, waterproof envelope.

Im not sure, if i was at home i could tell you. If its over 13oz it will have to go priority and will probably be about $6. If they are all base cards, i dont think it would be over 13oz. Bowman chrome (15 or so) and 35-50 bowman draft cards

Depends on the following:

How much you are charging for shipping
How valuable the lots are, if they are say chrome lots of hanson, you want to protect each card and should charge accordingly.

At worst, you can get a flat rate box or envelope, its a flat rate regardless of weight.

You could get the box mox is talking about in a flat rate envelope and not have to worry about weight, those cost around 4.75 with DC via paypal shipping and it is priority mail. 5.00 is very reasonable and a fair shipping price. You might want to include a buck or two for your costs. Just explain how they will be shipped, doubt anyone complains.

Take 3 team bags and stack them on top of each other. Get a 12" x 12" piece of bubble wrap (0.2oz) and fold/tape it around the stack of 3 team bags.
Place in a 400ct box (2.2oz). Add a piece of newspaper or peanuts to fill box (0.3oz).

Total Weight of 9.6oz, and able to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (as it is under 13oz) for $2.70. Add another team bag's worth of cards and it is 11.9oz for $3.04.

If you buy the 400ct boxes by the 100, you can probably get them for $35-40 per hundred. With the cost of team bags, bubble wrap, and delivery confirmation, you are going to be under $3.50 in all instances. I suggest you charge $4 for shipping. A boxed package makes a much better presentation to the customer than a crammed bubble mailer (which is what is going to happen if you try to ship them that way).

Another alternative is to make your own "rack" pack.

1.) You put 15-20 cards per team bag. (I usually sleeve all my cards for added protection.) Try to make sure that each team bag has approximately same number of cards in each row. When you seal the team bag. There is a little slack on each side. Gently Push the cards over to one side and then fold and with small piece of tape secure the side so its similar to a cello pack.

2) Tape the three team bags side by side. (small pieces of tape just enough to keep together but not so much that they need knife to cut through)If you have any of those pack decoys you can use these to stablize the middle of the rows of card and it also adds some protection as well.

3) Find/Cut two pieces of card board slightly bigger then the three rows.

4) Place the three rows taped together on one piece card board tape down at sides to keep from movement. Try to place the cards in the middle of the cardboard so there is space on each side to prevent any corner or side damage.

5) Place other piece of card board on top. Tape two pieces of cardboard together to make a cardboard sandwich.

6) Place into a CD size bubble or slightly larger Bubble. It should fit fairly snug.

Should cost about $3 including bubble mailer but takes a tad more time.
