So, I've come to realize that paypal shipping is both cheaper and much more convenient, from the sounds of it.
How does it work?
How does it work?

Buy a scale ($25 at walmart).
These are the labels you will want for your bubblemailers

Go to paypal and click the "Print label" button (or something like that).
The addresses will already be on there.
I will never write another address on a bubble mailer again!

I'm sorry, but I thought of one last question. Does the $ for each shipped package come straight out of your paypal account (when you print the label or something)? And it doesn't matter whether it is sent from home or the PO, right?

Correct and correct.

Depending on what you sell you really don't even need to buy a scale, although it is very helpful. 1 card in a toploader is 2oz and a graded card is 3oz. As long as the scale measures in ounces you are fine. I think I bought mine at the Christmas Tree Shop for like $10.

Do you just put them in your box after you do this? Do they not need to be scanned at the PO?
