How good can Mario Chalmers be at PG?

I've been watching some of Heat games when they are on lately and Chalmers looks like he could have some true potential some nights. Others he seems like a real rookie. Could he be one of the top PG in the NBA? I know he is no where near CP3, Williams, or even Westbrook right now but just a little discussion.

He was a steal in round 2 of the draft. He hasn't played very well in his last 3 games (2 of which he only got 9 minutes of PT), but he's had his bright moments this year. He's had three +20 point games this season. He's also pretty good defensivley. Chalmers had 9 steals in a game in November.

Speaking of under the radr PG's. How about Bayless? He looked great against the Nets last night.

I really like Bayless in college. The guys that pulled the Bayless auto out of the two blasters on the box break board pulled a nice one

and it was the blue version (#'d to 50)
That was a very nice pull.
