After checking Topps redemption website for a redemption I'm waiting on I noticed up top it read....
Attention: The following cards are now available for shipping:
2010 Unrivaled FB: Mike Williams Auto Patch; Jermaine Gresham Auto Patch; Percy Harvin Auto Patch; Dez Bryant Autograph
2010 Prime FB: Jermaine Gresham Auto, and Auto Relic; Felix Jones Auto Relic; Mardy Gilyard Auto
Needless to say I was shocked that they are still working on redeeming cards from 2010.
Does Topps realize that it's almost 2013?
Currently I'm waiting on a Topps Chrome Russell Wilson auto from Topps and a couple others from Panini, a
2012 Certified Nick Foles Freshman Fabric Mirror Emerald Prime Materials signature and a 2012 Certified Freshman Fabric Alshon Jeffery.
Should collectors be expected to wait up to 3 years for a redemption card? That's crazy.
I understand that most times it's the athlete's fault for not returning the cards or stickers but the manufacturers should have some say when an athlete takes forever to return the items.
I also feel any redemption should come with at the very least one pack of cards from said product for being patient enough to have to wait.
Hell if I had to wait 3 years they should throw in an entire box from said product.
Anyone else waiting on anything exciting in the form of redemptions?
Nothings worse than receiving your football rookie card in the middle of summer.
Anyways, just had to vent.
