How many 1/1s does your player have??

For all you player collectors out there...I was doing some work on my Josh Hamilton list and I was amazed at how many 1/1s he has and it got me curious.

Hamilton has 713 of them. That represents almost 28% of all the different Hamilton cards. Unbelievable.

I only have 33.

How many 1/1s does your player have? How many of them do you have?

I include the 1/1's from JUST Minors and all that stuff. If its stamped 1/1 or is a plate, I count it.

Odd thing really is, in 3 years, I've seen less than 20 sell on ebay, and most of those were plates.

Adam Dunn has 5,188 total cards made. 1,084 of them are 1/1s. That's damn near 21% of his cards made.

I have 20/1,084 which equals 0.018%

I'm not sure on the exact total since I don't count White Sox cards, but for my Daniel Hudson collection, 63/145 cards are 1/1's. That's damn near 50% of his entire run of D-backs cards (I think it's around 43%). I have 6/63 with 2 more on the way, so about 10% at the moment. Missed quite a few when I wasn't collecting at the time unfortunately.

Hopefully that 43% will decrease soon as he has more releases this year, because that is a ridiculous percentage.

Mark Reynolds has 231 different 1/1 cards listed by Beckett, and I believe I have either 14 or 15 of them, including the 2010 Bowman Red 1/1, the 2011 Bowman Chrome Gold Canary 1/1, and my new baby, the card in my signature!

Agreed, 48 out of the 63 are plates. So only 15 actual 1/1's, which all 6 of mine are. So at least I'm good with that percentage. Unfortunately I count plates so still a looong way to go.

Too many for Maggs. I don't chase any unless it's unique enough like A&G wood minis or Turkey Red suedes. I did make an exception and bought the Gypsy Queen black plate to go with my crazy set.

Depends on what your definition of 1/1 is. Donruss produced sample sets of pretty much every card in the mid 90's and beyond and they were almost all "1/1"s. Between those and all the printing plates, I wouldn't be surprised if there are well over 1,000 mcgwire 1/1's.
