Last time around, I offered $275 and he countered with $500, then I went to $375 and he countered $500. So I am going to say he wants $500 for it.

I don't think the seller is asking an outlandish price on it. George Brett autos aren't completely overproduced, plus it features a really compelling patch and button. Add to it that the autograph is on card, and $500 doesn't seem ridiculous.

Of course, if it's been offered twice before at $500 with no takers, then maybe the market just isn't there.

Considering this auction [ebay:3ccbcyyd]120561888579[/ebay:3ccbcyyd], the price seems pretty good.

That's the card I saw at the local card show about three months ago.

He had no idea how the market was, and he had it at $300 at the show but didn't sell it. I guess he's done more research now and knows it's better than he thinks it is, in his opinion.

I would say it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. $500 isn't that bad. I would offer $350
