How rare are 1988 OPC Blank Backs?

If anybody knows if these are rare or commons from this set/year,it would be great to get some opinions.

Not rare. They took their scraps to be disposed of, and rather than dispose of them the people kept everything and sold it. Supposedly hundreds of pounds of blank backed, mis-colored, & messed up sheets of 1988 OPC.
