How rare are these?

I have only seen this card come up for auction 2 times in 3+ years...Does anyone know how hard they were to pull or how scarce they really are?

The patch versions are pretty rare from what I remember. I had pulled a Tsao patch version, which I sold for roughly $150 several years back (even after he was struggling).
