Dang, congrats to him!

Dpanthers-he will have his own card in the A&G set next year. It will be part of the base set from my understanding.

That is just awesome sportsfan4177 If these are not auto'd
or even a messaged board relic used shirt, if I pull one of the cards would you auto it for me.
I am serious about this.

Again concrats on cracking the code and have a card in one of the hottest set around.

Congratulations!! I'll definitely be trying to secure at least a couple of these when the '09 set releases. I'm definitely interested in getting one signed!

Thanks for the link. I'll be sending one in for a TTM. It'll be my first TTM, and what a way to go.

I was on the trail of breaking the code also. There were a few of us on the beckett boards but mostly everyone
was tight lipped on info, which sucked because I now know we would of had the answer ahead of this guy if
we had only had more info. (I cracked ALOT of Ginter, but I wasn't going to buy the other cards on ebay).

Topps made the clue hard in a sense by loading up the team orange cards with a bunch of useless info..turns out
none of it was needed to crack the code...while the "team" over on the beckett boards were making headway
on the answer, it turned out that the answer was MUCH easier than we were led to believe.

Congrats to the winner!

we were not selfish, we didn't care, we just wanted to crack it...there were a few people who PM'ed me and asked
for some info and said they would return the favor...of course they never did. Everything I found out I posted on
the message boards, of course others could of gained from that...turned out the winner did use that as reference.

Oh well.

Kevin

I would have asked Topps if I could sell the prize... I'm sure someone might have paid in between $5,000-$25,000 to be on an official Topps baseball card.
