How well does Overeem do against Fedor if they fight?

I have to say,i was extremly impressed with him lastnight.I picked Rogers because i thought he would come out punching and would land 1-2 punches to finish the fight.He never threw anything and Overeem whooped him BAD!

I have to say i think Overeem would be a verygood fight for Fedor,but i have to say Fedor still wins this fight.Maybe after Fedor beats him he will finally get the props he deserves.

Opinions are welcomed.

IF they fight it will depend on if they test for roids in that state. If it's a state that doesn't test I see Overeem coming out ripped and fighting like a savage. If it's a state that does test and he can't roid then it's a much better fight for Fedor. One thing for sure Fedor will be able to escape from the ground.

i guess i should clarify myself, i know hes fought tough people in the past but untill he fights lesnar and stops fightin guys like rogers and what not than hes not the best to me.

Lesnar hasn't proved ANYTHING yet.Lets be real now.

He beat the crap out of Mir the last 2 times they faced eachother and made a rookie misktake and is 1-1 against Mir[who got TKO By Vera!],He beat Couture for the belt,but was having a hardtime with a 40+ year old man that was 40+ lighter and Couture was winning that fight before he won.Herring he blasted early in the 1st round and couldn't finish him.[to me that is sad!]

Lesnar isn't ready for Fedor yet,Muscle doesn't mean squat in a MMA fight.He might be strong/Quick but his standup is average and Fedor would smoke him if kep it standing.Lesnar could take him down,but Fedor would sub him from there.

I believe it most people will jump from Lesnar Bandwagon if Carwin beats him[which i think he will.

One last question.Please explain to me how Lesanr after 5 fights is the next big think and what is he going to do that Fedor hasn't seen yet?

I agree with what you're saying to an extent. Lesnar hasn't done enough yet to be called the best HW in the world. I don't think Carwin will beat him though. Carwin has used his size,quickness, and counter punching to win so far. Too bad for him Brock is bigger, faster, and stronger. For the bolded part please tell me one HW that Fedor has fought in the last 5 years that is as big, fast, and strong as Brock. Brock might actually be quicker than Fedor. He might not puch as fast as Fedor but he's probably quicker. Doesn't Fedor like to put people in the triangle when he's in guard? I think it would be mighty hard for anyone to get their legs over Brocks shoulders.

LOL. I know what you were saying and here's my actual response. No one who actually watches MMA would say that Lesnar is on Fedor's level right now. I also don't think the previous poster was trying to say that. Lesnar is widely regarded as the second best HW in the world right now. The only kink in Fedor's armor right now is his level of competition the last 2 years. It hasn't been the best HW in the world. Bottom line is everyone wants to see Fedor in the UFC which ironically has the best HW alive right now.

I would say Lesnar has the edge in pure strength/Quickness,but i believe his Judo will help him greatly in a fight with Lesnar,also Fedor punches harder then Lesnar and has a better chin then Lesnar.Fedor would have many options besides a Triangle to beat Lesnar,i would a say armbar would be possible,but i could see Fedor doing a lot of differant things to confuse him
Lesnar has what 1-2 ways he could possibly beat Fedor,where Fedor has 15+ ways to beat Lesnar.

I believe Lesnar has the skills to be a top HW in mma 1 day,but he is out of his league with Fedor,as of rightnow he is.

It going to take a all around fighter to beat him and the only person rightnow that would have the best chance would be the Spider.

Tim S. was 24-4 when he left the ufc and nobody ever made him look silly as Fedor did[it took Couture 5 rds to beat him,except for Mercer LOL]
A.A, was a top 10 HW when Fedor beat him

Sure, but the point I wanted to make is that has Brock's competition been any better? They both beat Herring, so its Randy and Mir vs Rodgers, AA, and Tim.

i have watched alot of mma as well and his strength, size, athletic ability and top notch wrestling skills are the best i have ever seen at that weight...i Know i was critical at first as well but he beat mir (who to me is not over rated like you think) and randy....i cant downgrade the guy just because he hasnt had as many fights as fedor
