An impulse buy does not exempt a buyer to toss reason out the window. I'm not saying you did, but as a savvy eBay buyer which you clearly are/try to make yourself out to be, you should take the seconds to check the shipping charges.
As far as the DSR debate here, my two centavos:
A buyer can purchase and item and agree 100% with the terms of shipping. I have won cards and factored in the $4+ S&H in my final bid, which I think is prudent. And when feedback is left, a buyer can still be unsatisfied with the S&H charges even if fully aware of them at the time of sale.
