I won a lot of (7) 08 Bowman Chrome X-Fractors for 4.25 + 3.95 S&H. Here are the X-Fractors that were suppose to be in the lot (with their book values):

Christian Lopez (4)
Trevor Reckling (12)
Jose Martinez (4)
Darwin Barney (6)
Fabio Castillo (6)
Hector Correra (4)
Steve Garrison (4)

I bought the lot for one card and figured I could trade or sell the rest to recoup some of the money.

So I received the cards in the mail today with $2 in the envelope and a note that said, "I damaged 3 cards from your refractors, here is a replacement and half your money back. So here are the cards that were sent to me:

Christian Lopez (4)
Darwin Barney (6)
Steve Garrison (4)

Luckily the card I wanted was in there, but it is missing the most expensive card from the lot. So what would you do? I spend over $8 to get the cards and only received 3 of the 7 and only got back $2. And 2 of the 3 highest book value cards weren't in there.

I would ask for a full refund or have them ship the "damaged" cards and see if they are actually damaged
