whats up with people waiting? The guy hit a home run in his frist at bat, it can only go down hill
after that! My auto was listed at above full book in the 3rd inning of that game, it sold a few batters
late and the money is already here. The guy could blow out a knee or go 0-5 or get hit in the head
with a 99 mph fastball. Then its all over. Chances are Heyward WILL NOT do as well as he did in
that first game...then what?

While you are deciding what you are going to put up his cards are only depreciating. More and more people have
them up on ebay and the collectors ready to pay anything have now satisfied the urge. He would need to go
yard again in today for those prices to even stay the same.

just sayin'

Remember Jay Bruce's first week?

yeah and remember the other 2000 players who faded into the sunset after their first big game?

I think its funny how many people comment on Heywards stuff not going any higher Every month People Say Sell it. He has peaked .
Most people on here said no way his Superfractor would ever sell . It sold for a whopping $7000

Every month Heywards stuff continues to goes up . This guy will be collected there is a difference between a prospect and a star .

$ Heywards 07 Bowman Chromes are tuff pulls . They could hit $25-30 each

true but there will be a turning point on the lowend stuff (chromes, base, golds) once new products come out and dilution occurs... that won't be for a few months, but I bet Topps gets him into every product from here on out (as they should)

delmon young (+ several other 'can't miss' prospects/stars) comes to mind. lots of people got burned on him b/c they bought into the 'he's gonig to keep going up, right?' 07 bcdp chromes fall about 2-3/case. some are currently getting 22-25, so why not sell now?

The only problem is that Heyward has reached the big time. He isn't facing triple A pitching hacks, he is facing
guys like Santana and Halliday. The bigs have shreded up many many prospects, including a certain guy who
last year everyone on here was calling God. I still think the best time to sell a prospect is when they are killing
it in AAA ball. Anyone sit on any Zach Duke stuff hoping his stuff would go higher....and what he did was truly
amazing, now you can't give his stuff away. Even guys like Howard and Wright who are now stars, couldn't hold
off their cards getting "cold". I think the only direction for Heywards cards is down.

Near Philly
Maybe:

Collectibles> Religion & Spirituality> Other.

Otherwise, go with separate listings to maximize # of bids, but offer a GREAT shipping discount, in case someone wants to grab them all and is looking for lower postage. People will pay a little more, myself included, when they know the shipping won't drive the price way up.

Good luck!

You Bring up David Wright I am still waiting for his gold Refractor to come down in price and he is just an average Player

Maybe Lincecum or Mauer prices dropped .

I guess you can bring up Laporta who is 24 yrs of age and cannot make a team .
There are some that are not just prospects .

Also people do buy cards to keep not to make a $
