If for 2010 Topps all I'm trying to do is build a base set and potentially get some nice hits, is there any reason NOT to get one Jumbo box instead of two hobby boxes? Basically the same price, if not a little cheaper, three hits instead of two, and less garbage inserts cluttering up my space.

Only downside, I guess, is less extra base to sell as lots and maybe slightly less chance of a BIG hit, but it's not like that's something you can really rely on.

I think you actually get just as many "garbage" inserts in the HTA boxes. They are usually all in the middle
of each pack formulaicly. And I've seen a lot of HTA boxes yield quite a few dupes this year, as opposed to
most of them having a full base set like 2009.

My HTA box gave me 329/330 cards and about 40-50 dupes, and technically 5 'hits' (GU, AU, Hat Patch, Silk card and variation).
