Hmm, Huff has been pretty awful this year but I guess the Tigers are hoping for a return to his 2008 form.

I think it's an upgrade from calling up Larish, etc.... I mean it's pathetic that Edwin Jackson is like 10-7 the way he has pitched, I could seriously see him being 13+ wins on a Dodger type offensive team.

Then again Maggs/Guillen have been coming around of late.... Well Carlos has been money since he returned.

edwin jackson dosent get any wins because he is on my fantasy team. he goes with lowe haren wainwright. if i cut him he would win all the rest of his starts this year. my fatasy team has no luck

Wigginton will get most of the time at 1B with Scott DH. I think they'll bring up Aubrey and not Snyder. Snyder is no where near ready. Snyder may come up in Sept though.

no offense to the orioles fans but he was probably half assing it because he was playing for a team thats not going anywere, he will probably try as hard as he can now that hes on a playoff contender

He already said he is extremely excited as he has never been on a winning or even contending team so I don't think he is going to half ass it. They really needed another middle line up bat which he can be. Even he if does not work out for the Tigers just giving up Jacobson for him is worth the risk for a needed bat. I do think Jacobson can be a very good reliever one day and am sorry to see him go though.

yet in his interview he claimed how excited he was to go to a winning caliber team YET was disappointed but he knew what direction the Orioles were going in. read the ESPN article, he knows where the O's will be in 2-3 years.

i hate to say it, but it wouldn't surprise me if he was in an O's uni next year ::facepalm::

This makes NO sense. Why would you even want a player like this who is only going to put 100% effort if he think his team is good enough?

I've seen games that Aubrey Huff LOST for the Orioles b/c he was extremely lazy. You will see games where he will affect the Tigers as well, especially if he plays in the field. you better hope he DH's.
