Well, Helly has been both great and bad tonight.

He seems to be destined to give up the long ball whenever he doesn't strike batters out, as he's given up 2 jacks.

So far: 4 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 2 BB, 10 K's.

Have you taken a peek at the top 4 for Louisville in this game? Heisey, Alonso, Bruce, and Frazier. Pretty impressive...

Definitely his biggest minor league challenge to date, no question.

I'd say 10 K's is pretty darn impressive regardless.

10 Ks is always impressive, but getting 10 Ks against a lineup of this quality is spectacular.

11 K's through 5. The Durham record is 13, which was done by both Davis and Hammel.

93 pitches for Hellickson, so the next inning will most likely be his last.

Bulls rally to tie it at 3 in the 5th. Travis Wood screwed himself with 2 errors to help them out.

Ugh. WHY did we get S-Rod from LA again? He's made 3 throwing errors tonight. ::facepalm::

And that is mediocre? Helly is a beast! 12 k's through 5 and 2/3 is sensational!
