WTB HUNDREDS of dollars for Star Auto/GU lots! $$$$$BUYING$$$$$

For the first time I am also buying low-end GU and auto for $1 dlvd a piece in lots of 20 or more. No off brands like Best, Signature Rookies, etc.


PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST - ESPECIALLY THE BOTTOM PART - BEFORE REPLYING. IF I DON'T RESPOND TO YOU IT MEANS THAT I CAN TELL YOU DIDN'T READ THE POST.

My inventory is low so I'm looking to buy lots. Not looking to pay ebay prices (as I do buy lots to trade, then resell what I can't trade at shows) but I do have tons of paypal available so you can make a large chunk of cash in one fell swoop - I'm not out to rip you off and I'm extremely fair. Not looking for a lot full of base ($8-12) game used and really only looking for mostly stars, rookies and HOFers. 3 cards, 10 cards, 20 cards, doesn't matter, show me what you've got, but I'd prefer to buy larger lots to get better deals. I'll even check buckets and let you know what I like!


One last thing - they're your cards, you should have a price in mind for them. If you ask me to offer that is the one and only time I will lowball you.

Just to clarify on what I'd want to get a little more specific (THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART):


-Autos: Any HOFers; established future HOFers (Pujols, Jeter, Griffey, Maddux, Smoltz, Thomas, Halladay, Manny, Cabrera, etc.); rising stars/borderline HOFers (Fielder, Mauer, Longoria, Hamilton, Votto, etc); young stars (Posey, Bumgarner, Stanton, Castro, Pineda, etc)


-GU: patches of any of the above; basic GU of the higher end HOFers/future HOFers (Ripken, Ruth, DiMaggio, Jeter, Pujols, Griffey, etc)


Some things I DON'T want:
-Autos or GU of mid-level, one or two time all-stars (Hafner, Uggla, Beckett, Haren, Rollins, etc)
-Basic GU (a single jersey or bat swatch) of low level HOFers (Fingers, Sutter, Rice, Dawson, Hunter, Mazeroski, etc)
-Anything of young prospects that are unproven (Taillon, Franklin, Banuelos, Bundy, etc) unless WELL below ebay prices


of course this list isn't all inclusive but should maybe give a better idea of what I want.

I'm not really sure what you mean or what the purpose for your comment was but I've dealt with many people on here and on other boards who are happy. I'm a teacher and I support my income by doing baseball card shows around Florida. I'm up front about the fact that I pay slightly below ebay and I am very straightforward about who and what I buy so I don't waste other people's time. If you've got something productive to add or if you have cards to sell me feel free, but otherwise please don't troll my threads.

hey- great post. finally someone tells it like it should be. i am the same way. i am the owner of a local card shop that has been in business for 22 years. and in that time i have accumulated tons of inventory. i am looking to liquidate alot of inventory. game used, autos, rookie autos, pospect autos, rookie cards, bowman chrome, some high end stuff. i am not closing the shop, but i am looking to clear out to make room so i can breathe a little bit. from my general list, lmk what you might be intersted in and what you arent intersted in. i do not want to wase your time, just sell you what you want. once i know what you could use, i can be more specific with my inventory. i also have some high end autos from your list that you gave. this way you get to restock you inventory and i get to unload some of mine. i have tons, and i am understanding of your buying price, i am fair and i do understand the market, so i do understand that you need to make some profit on the cards.

Do people really sell you high end autographs for below ebay prices? I never have understood that. Did you go to the Daytona show?
