I'm really happy Hunter didn't have one of his typical slow starts. The fact that he has walked so much already is a great sign and he isn't chasing that slider away nearly as much as last year. He still swings as hard as he can EVERY time but he is learning to swing at better pitches. I wish I could afford to pick up a few of his autographs. They are definitely dirt cheap right now. Kinda surprising considering the good start.

This thread definitely deserves a bump. Hunter is on a roll this year and should be in his first all-star game. If he doesn't make it I'll be seriously pissed off.
He's hitting .344 with a .418 obp.
He hasn't shown a ton of power but he's starting to come around in that department as well. He's 4th in the NL in hitting, 5th in hits, and has a .925 ops.
I know I'm biased but I really think he deserves to be there.
