Hupe Royalty: Custom Card Design POLL! Please Vote!

I created some (killer, I think!) custom cards lately and I wanted to get some input from you guys before I decided create a set.
I have four designs which I made so far but I'm pretty excited with the way they are looking, so expect more polls in the next few days.

My inspiration is from 90's insert designs, so I wont really be making any patch/auto type cards.

I like the Alpha Dogs the best followed by the In The Zone and From Prep to NBA Stars.

I would agree that those are killer! Alpha Dogs, Electric Company and Open Court Demons were my favorites, you really do a great job of keeping the spirit of the 90s inserts while updating them to look like something that would still look modern and cool to pull out of a pack.

Guess I'm in the minority - I voted 2. :lol:

To me the card is already cool and has a lot going on.....so having the multi-colors in #3 started to take it from cool and aesthetically pleasing to looking "busy" with just too much going on.

Great job!

I voted #2 on the Arena Icons
My favorites are the Electric Company and Open Court Demons by far! Alpha was distant third!

Least favorite was The Connected one. The Zone one was a little too colorful, but could be cool with a more refractorish color!

I'm SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS! I literally JUST came up with the idea about 15 minutes ago. Took about 10 minutes to put together!

L.O.U.D. - league of unparalleled dunkers
obviously its going to be about dunkers. PICK 9 players you'd like to see in the set! Well.... eight. This guy is the prototype.

The LOUD cards look really cool except for that little bubble behind the "League of Extraordinary Dunkers" copy, it just looks like an MS Paint effect to me while the rest of the card looks sleek.

Out of those new ones posted I think I like the Electric Company ones the best. If those we're done on some foil or something those cards would be amazing.

Really dig the arena cards as well. Simple, but really cool. I really like the color fade you put on them as well.

ive bolded the line around the bubble a bit so it doesn't look like i just MS painted it on. what do you think? still looks goofy?

Yeah those definitely look better with the cleaner lines, just my humble opinion but I'd put a sleeker background behind the copy. The honeycomb background looks really cool so maybe that could be integrated somehow.
