if you sell a lot during your first few weeks, make sure you use their delivery confirmation service.

I sold $2000 worth of cards and they held it for a month because I used USPS and they had to individually check every item to make sure it arrived and no one complained.

I don't think this works anymore, they caught on. I tried it a couple of times recently, and the money stayed "pending".

And if you use delivery confirmation at the post office and not through Paypal, BE SURE to go back into Paypal and add the DC# to the transaction so that the buyer gets emailed that it was shipped with tracking info.

It doesn't take that long, and it really pays off!

Also, build up your feedback by buying small stuff and if you just need to sell, sell the real cheap stuff first, since your lack of feedback will keep your prices down to start anyway.
