I finally get blackmailed

my dan uggla 1/1 bat auto ends for a whopping 36.00. 2 seconds later i get this

matthew, I had entered the wrong amount by mistake.
I tried to fix my error but was not allowed to do so by ebay for some reason I could not correct.
Please forgive my error as I did not want to bid this amount.Please withdrawal this transaction, and apologize for any inconvienence created by ebay's bidding system.

so im a little miffed and tell him i will file a non paying bidder, which he threatens the ol negative if i do. But what irks me the most is his stupid overbid was made 18 hours before the auction ended. so at no time in that period does he tell me, he waits til it ends. I basically told him leave a neg, id rather give a strike. Hope it isnt a board member

These days on ebay, sellers can't be worried about negs. With the shoddy way ebay has their feedback system set up, they are bound to happen at sometime or another.

you cant just decide you dont want something you bid on, and then use blackmail.
